With over 30 years in the real estate industry, my career has been shaped by a deep understanding of how projects are designed, built, financed, and ultimately perform. I studied architecture and engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, which gave me a strong technical foundation and a lasting appreciation for thoughtful design and sound construction.

I grew up around large-scale infrastructure—my father built dams, bridges, and roads—so working with my hands came naturally. I began my career in the trades as a journeyman carpenter before earning contractor’s licenses in engineering, general construction, and swimming pool construction. That hands-on experience continues to inform every investment and development decision I make.

Over the years, I have invested in and developed a wide range of real estate, including land, residential properties, multi-family projects, and commercial developments. As my projects grew in scale and complexity, I became deeply involved in structuring and financing deals, ultimately developing extensive expertise in real estate finance.

Today, I continue to invest in land, residential, and commercial real estate. I bring a practical, disciplined approach to each opportunity—one grounded in decades of experience, an understanding of risk, and a commitment to long-term value creation.
